Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She worked with top executives in different industries to improve the business results, especially during rapid growth. She served as an advisor, helping translate people and business strategies into strategies, goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management as well as employee engagement and transformation. She believes that learning is one of the key elements of the leadership process.
